How to Report a Complaint About a Nuisance Situation

Call the Clermont County Animal Shelter: 

If you get our voicemail, please leave a detailed message that includes the address or location of the nuisance situation. You may remain anonymous when making a complaint, but it is helpful for us to have contact information in case we have follow-up questions. 


We check our phones throughout open hours and usually respond to complaints within 48 hours, depending on the urgency of the report. 


If you continue to have a complaint after our wardens have addressed the situation, please contact us again to report continued issues. 


Shelter Hours of Operation 

  • Tuesday – Friday: 12 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. 
  • Saturday: 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 
  • Closed to the Public: Sundays, Mondays & Holidays
