Batavia, Ohio. Clermont County citizens now have access to the new Clermont Juvenile and Probate Courts Web site; the site offers a large amount of information including name change applications, information about obtaining a marriage license, guardianship forms, Juvenile Court costs and filing fees, and documents pertaining to custody arrangements. The Web site also includes contact information for the Courts, the Juvenile Detention Center, and the Juvenile Probation Department.
“Our courts are very excited about the new Web site,” said Clermont County Juvenile and Probate Court Judge Stephanie Wyler. “The Probate Court Web site provides easy access to all of the required forms and applications; the Juvenile Court site provides quick information, and answers commonly asked questions about the Court and its procedures. The Web site takes much of the uncertainty out of the court process, which will benefit the citizens of our community.”
