Batavia, Ohio. Citizens living in Williamsburg, Williamsburg Township, Batavia, and Batavia Township are invited to attend a town meeting on Monday, September 27, 2010. The town meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at Williamsburg High School, located at 500 S. Fifth Street in Williamsburg.
Presentations planned for the town meeting include an update on UC Clermont and UC East from UC Clermont Dean Dr. Gregory Sojka; Williamsburg Superintendent Jeff Weir and Batavia Superintendent Jill Grubb will discuss improvements in their school systems, and there will be information on the SR 32 corridor and area Clermont Seniors programs. Village and township leaders in Batavia and Williamsburg have also been invited to participate.
Come find out about the many exciting programs and initiatives underway in local communities, schools, and across the county; there will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
