Batavia, Ohio. Have you received an H1N1 vaccination yet? The Clermont County General Health District is offering an open clinic for the vaccinations, on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Child Focus, located at 551 Cincinnati Batavia Pike in Union Township.
No appointments are necessary and the vaccination is free. A consent form must be filled out prior to the vaccination; forms are available online at www.ClermontHealthDistrict.org.
