Ohio e-QuickPayTM Debit Cards begin Expiring July 1, 2007
Batavia, Ohio. Ohio child support e-QuickPayTM Debit MasterCards issued during the initial year of the project will expire July 1, 2007; renewal cards will automatically be issued. To determine whether your card (each issued for three years) is expiring, check the "Valid Thru" date located on the front of the card just above your name; this is the date your card will expire. Cards that say they are valid through 06/07 will be active through June 30, 2007.
Renewal cards will automatically be sent to the address on file at the Clermont County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA); these cards cannot be forwarded. Please make sure your address is current with your local CSEA. All address changes must be received in writing.
Once you receive your renewal card, you will need to select a PIN to activate it; you can use the number you currently have for the renewal PIN. Once you activate the renewal card, the original card is no longer valid.
The renewal card will have a different card number. Your support payments are maintained in an account and are not tied to a specific card. Any funds remaining in your account that are on your expiring Ohio e-QuickPay debit MasterCard card will automatically be available with your renewal card once it is activated.
Renewal cards should arrive around the first of the month that the card is due to expire. If you have not received it by the twentieth day of that month, please contact Ohio e-QuickPay customer service at 1-800-503-1283.
If you have any questions regarding your e-QuickPay Debit MasterCard renewal process please contact Clermont County Child Support at (513) 732-7248.
